to be an international business partner well known through our professionalism as a supplier of Chloralkali, Organic Solvents, Inorganic Chlorides, Synthesis Intermediaries, Alkylamines, Pesticides and Compressed Gases.

The major objective in our Quality Management Policy is meeting the client satisfaction

by supplying quality products and services at a fair price, complying with in force regulations, environmental and security standards.

Chimcomplex SA Borzesti implemented its Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 Standard, documented in Quality Manual and procedures covering all our activities.

Quality Management System assures that our processes and activities are well planned, controlled and continuously improved to build the confidence and the satisfaction of our clients that Chimcomplex SA Borzesti products meet quality standards in force. The importance of fulfilling these standards is shared among all significant levels within our organization. Our message to clients is focused on communication and efficiency considering our mutual trust in seeking continuously means to find, meet and exceed client expectations.
We will spend all our efforts for environmental protection through our production and development policies in conformity with European standards in force and in perspective as well.

 

The quality policy has the following objectives:

1. To meet fully our clients demands and to be concerned to exceed clients expectations.
2. To improve continuously our Quality Management System and the quality of our products as well.
3. To optimize the quality costs taking into account the prevention and evaluation costs than the corrective ones.
4. To supply quality products at competitive prices through an efficient business.
5. To encourage our personnel to make quality and profit.
6. To implement and keep under control the Occupational Health and Safety Management System ( OHSAS 18001:1999 ).
We commit ourselves to maintain a culture in our organization focused on continuous
improvement of processes, products and efficiency of Quality Management System, to ensure the availability of all necessary resources and to perform periodically audits of our Quality Management System in order to meet our client expectations.
In order to fulfill these objectives, the entire Chimcomplex SA Borzesti personnel know
and observe the requirements stated in the Integrated Management System Manual, the Procedures and Work Instructions in order to ensure a smooth operation of the Quality Management System in all domains.
All the provisions from the Quality Management System documents are mandatory for our entire personnel.
